# PTO Accruals

The system calculates accrued hours based on company policies, such as work hours or pay periods, helping ensure accurate and efficient leave management.

1. **End Date and Calculation Range** – Allows the user to select an end date for calculating paid time off (PTO). The system will compute PTO balances based on the specified date range and carryover rules.
2. **PTO Summary Table** – Displays detailed information for each PTO type, including the accrual rule, date range, carryover hours, accrued hours, used hours, and remaining balance.
