PTO Accruals

PTO Accruals in OpenTimeClock allow administrators to manage and track employees’ paid time off balances automatically.

The system calculates accrued hours based on company policies, such as work hours or pay periods, helping ensure accurate and efficient leave management.

  1. End Date and Calculation Range – Allows the user to select an end date for calculating paid time off (PTO). The system will compute PTO balances based on the specified date range and carryover rules.

  2. PTO Summary Table – Displays detailed information for each PTO type, including the accrual rule, date range, carryover hours, accrued hours, used hours, and remaining balance.
