The Weekly Shift feature provides a weekly overview of employee schedules, showing all assigned shifts in a clear grid format.


It allows managers to easily view, edit, and manage weekly work schedules, track total hours, and ensure proper staffing across each day of the week.


  • All Departments Dropdown – lets you filter and view weekly shifts by a specific department or show all departments.
  • All Users Dropdown – Allows filtering by a specific employee or user to view their weekly schedule.
  • Edit – Enables managers to edit or update the shift for that employee on the selected day.
  • Copy To Link – Let's managers copy an existing shift to another day or employee to save time when creating schedules.
