The free plan is perfect for small teams and businesses, giving you the power to track your team's time and expenses. We only need your email address to set up a new account. If you have more than an unlimited number of managers or employees, you'll need to upgrade to one of our paid plans.

Free Plan

Free plan is for small businesses and startups. It supports unlimited managers and employees, but you can only use the free plan if you don't need to track time off and attendance.

The free plan is perfect for teams that do not need to track time off and attendance, or have a smaller team of less than 10 people.

Company Dashboard

The Company Dashboard is a great place to see all of your employees' time off and time clock information. The dashboard also shows you the number of hours your employees have worked in the current pay period, as well as your company's overall labor costs.

To access the Company Dashboard:

  • Log into Time Off Pro on desktop or mobile, then click on "Company" at the top right corner of any page (it looks like a little house). This will take you directly to your company settings page where all of this information is displayed on one screen!

Time Off Tracking

Time off tracking. Time off requests, approvals and reporting. Accrual for sick time, vacation, personal days and other types of time off that you can track using our software.

Team Calendar

With Team Calendar, your employees can view their schedules and add time off to their schedule. They'll also see their upcoming work week in a weekly view and the entire month at once.

  • Company-wide calendar: Employees can see what's going on at the company level, including holidays and important events like sales meetings or client visits.
  • Employee scheduling: Managers create shifts for their team members in one place, then assign them based on availability (or lack thereof).
  • Time off requests: Employees can request time off via email or Slack, which automatically sends an approval request back to managers who can quickly approve or deny it with just one click--no paperwork required!

Managers and Employees

Managers can add and manage employees. Managers can create a free account, then add employees by entering their email address. Employees will receive an email with instructions on how to set up their own timekeeping account, which they can do from any device with internet access.

Managers are able to view every detail of each employee's timekeeping history, including clocked-in hours worked each day as well as breaks taken throughout the day (if applicable). They also have access to a calendar view that shows who is scheduled for each shift in real time--perfect for ensuring you don't forget anyone!

Employees can clock in and out using our mobile app or web browser interface at any time during their shift; they'll see this information reflected on their dashboard within seconds after logging out of one device and onto another (or even if they're offline). Their schedules will always be up-to-date so there's no need for confusion about whether it's lunch break now or not yet... just check your phone!
