New settings

With the new Workday settings, you can customize how your employees view their schedules. The following options are available:

  • Show all shifts. This setting will allow your employees to see all of their scheduled shifts at once, rather than having to click into each individual shift in order to access its details. It also allows them to see information about other employees' schedules who may be working at the same time as them or on overlapping shifts.
  • Show all shifts for selected users by day/week/month (depending on which option you choose). This feature allows you as an administrator or manager who has access privileges over multiple people within Workday's interface--such as HR managers--to quickly create groups based on departmental affiliation (or another relevant factor) and then apply this filter so that only those individuals show up when viewing work hours across multiple days/weeks/months at once

  • Settings: We've also made it easier for you to manage employee accounts by adding a "manage" tab where all of your account settings can be accessed from one place. You can change your profile picture, toggle between personal and business accounts, view permissions for each employee (or add new ones), manage group membership--so much easier than digging around in multiple places!
