- Using their mobile device (phone or tablet). Employees can simply open up the app and tap "Clock In." If they forget their password, there's also a button for resetting it.
- Using a web portal for clocking in/out from any computer with internet access (desktop/laptop). After logging into an account, select "Logged Out?" from under "My Account" at the top right corner of our website page; then click on "Click here if you forgot your password" beneath that section; enter your email address along with other information requested like date of birth and last four digits of SSN--and voila! You'll be able to reset your password immediately so there's no need for waiting until Monday morning when office opens again!
